Strategic Account Manager, East

Kaspersky Lab is looking for ambitious hunters like you to join our Enterprise Sales team! As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for the performance of all sales activities in an assigned market. Your mission is to drive demand and revenue around Kaspersky's core enterprise offerings with net new accounts as well as Kaspersky's existing customer base. You will drive specific sales programs, work with our channel partners and prospect to grow Kaspersky's market share. This is a quota-carrying role where you will work with your team members to achieve both your personal and team goals.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop territory plan €“ strategy and tactics to close business with 5000+ employee commercial accounts in order to achieve revenue goal

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, referral selling, partner engagement, marketing events, opportunity qualification and more

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately manage pipeline, forecast and track all sales activities

  • Meet or exceed activity metrics for completed appointments, pipeline growth and progress against strategic account targets

  • Maintain contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and business expansion

  • Leverage internal resources (e.g. sales engineering, solution specialists, professional services, support, B2B marketing, etc.) to assist in the selling process

  • Build relationships and effectively communicate with partners and customers





What You Need to Have

  • 3+ years selling cybersecurity products and services into 5000+ employee accounts

  • 2+ years of selling at least 50% cybersecurity and/or threat intelligence services

  • Demonstrated track record of forming new partnerships with net new accounts

  • Demonstrated track record of $2.5M+ quota attainment

  • Must be based in the East Coast, with New York and Boston being preferred

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Experience working with Channel Sales partners

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

  • Tremendous work ethic

  • Positive attitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
